Job Summary:
The Program Administrator ensures the smooth operation of daily program functions and completing appropriate documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can handle a wide range of HR-related tasks and contribute to our mission of providing essential services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position assists with service delivery through program planning and development, including policies and procedures, budget development and continuous quality improvement activities. This position supports the HR Department and oversees the daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and attendance records.

Ensure records are up-to-date and in compliance with legal requirements.

HR Compliance: Stay current with HR laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization remains in compliance.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.

Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development opportunities for employees.

Maintain training records and track employee development.

Reporting: Prepare and organize reports and documentation for audits and reviews as required.

Program Development: Assist in developing and managing facility and transportation programs.

Ensure the smooth daily operation of the TLC services.

Assign program direction and staff supervision as necessary.

Other Administrative Duties: Conduct final administrative review of incident reports and route the reports to all relevant parties.

Maintain a positive supportive relationship with members, members’ representatives, DDD, and other agency’s personnel, including response to grievances and concerns.

Develop reports in a timely manner and ensure they are routed to the appropriate parties.

Communicate and interface with various groups and individuals (e.g. Executive Director, subordinates, Support Coordinators, members, and families, etc.).

Leading with Integrity:
Exhibits high ethical and moral behavior in everyday business conduct; Earns trust of others by disclosing pertinent information and admitting mistakes when they occur; ensures organizational ethics are widely understood. Demonstrates by example.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years managerial experience.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and have a driving record free of violations per Ability, LLC insurance carrier.
  • Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must be able to exert up to seventy-five pounds of force occasionally and/or frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Able to read and interpret documents. Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Must be able to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
  • Must have or take CPR/First Aid Certification, Article 9, and any other training.
  • Must be able to pass all training classes/State and Federal certification requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
